spoonful of creamy oatmeal

Why overnight oats instead of oatmeal?

I know people go crazy for their bowl of warm and cozy oats, but I’m 100% on team OVERNIGHT OATS!

  • they are meal prepped (made ahead of time for a quick and easy breakfast for the whole week)
  • soaking oats overnight makes them much easier to digest
  • there are so many different flavor combinations
  • the creamy texture is unbeatable
  • you can pack in so many nutritious foods to give you a jump-start for the day

Add-ins:

Like I mentioned before, there are so many superfoods and nutrients you can add to your overnight oats to ensure you are getting a well-rounded breakfast. For example:

  • ground flax
  • chia seeds
  • hemp hearts
  • protein powder
  • superfood powders (maca, spirulina, etc)
  • and the list goes on
