Sweet Potato Brownies

don't knock it til you try it

a heavenly combination of natural sweetness and fudginess

I know it may sounds weird, but trust me, these sweet potato brownies are the fluffiest, gooiest, most chooclatey, and delicious brownies you WILL EVER HAVE!!! (p.s. don’t worry, you don’t taste the sweet potato 😉)

They are gluten-free, vegan, and also refined-sugar free! This guilt free treat will surely be enjoyed by everyone!

Took me a few attempts to get this recipe exactly how I wanted it, but its finally PERFECT and one you should try out 😉

Feel-good ingredients:

The main ingredient is (duh) sweet potato which is high in vitamin A which keeps your eyes and immune system healthy. In addition, they are high in B vitamins, Vitamin C, calcium, iron, and many more! They have even beed claimed as a superfood because of how many nutrients they pack in.

Don’t get me wrong, regular brownies are delicious and indulgent, but always leave me feeling not so great after eating. Unlike those sugary brownies, these Sweet Potato Brownies are just as delicious, but leave you feeling good!

Other than sweet potato, these brownies are made with almond butter, maple syrup and cacao powder.

Almond butter = healthy fats, and nutrient rich

Maple syrup = a low-glycemic sweetener that doesn’t spike your glucose levels and leave you with a nasty sugar crash

Cacao powder = similar to cocoa powder, but processed at a lower temperature which allows the nutrients from the cocoa bean to be preserved
