Craving a warm and cozy breakfast?? Well look no further, because these high protein, vanilla chai baked oats are sure to be your new favorite breakfast!
The delicious blend of chai spices combined with the warm oats makes this breakfast seem more like dessert!
But, it’s still healthy, packed with protein, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan!
To make this even better, try topping it with some vanilla greek yogurt or coconut yogurt!
Or, you can do what I did….
I had a jar of Chai flavored almond butter sitting in my pantry, so I took a spoonful of it and put it in the center of the batter before baking, and ohhhh my goodness!
It was so beyond yummy, and even more dessert-like this way because the center was ooey and gooey, like a lava cake!
Vanilla Chai Baked Oats
- ½ cup oats
- ½ banana
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp chai protein / collagen powder I used the brand ThePerfect3
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
- Pour batter into an oven safe dish
- Top with additional cinnamon
- Bake for 30 minutes
- Let cool slightly, and ENJOY!
