Equipment

  • 1 Mini muffin tin

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp bkaing soda
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 flax eggs or normal eggs
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate mini chips or a bar, chopped into flakes

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F and spray a mini muffin tin with cooking oil
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa, salt, and baking soda-
  • In a separate bowl, whisk coconut oil, maple syrup, and eggs
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined
  • Fold in the chocolate and then spoon batter evenly into your muffin tray and sprinkle some chocolate flakes or chips on top (optional)
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean & Enjoy 😋
