Peanut Butter Cookie Baked Oats

I’ve totally been sleeping on baked oats because THESE ARE SO GOOD! I always see people make them and never really understood the hype until now.

If your anything like me, i’ve always been too lazy and impatient to make them in the morning, but for some reason, I got a burst of motivation to make some and wowww i’m never going to eat oatmeal any other way!

Peanut Butter Cookie Baked Oats

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Oven safe dish / bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats gluten free if needed
  • 1/2 banana ripe
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or any plant based milk
  • 1 chocolate peanut butter protein bar chopped into small pieces

Instructions

  • preheat oven to 350 and spray an oven safe dish with cooking spray
  • add all ingredients (except for the protein bar) into the blender, and blend until well combined
  • pour into oven safe dish and top with your protein bar pieces
  • bake for 25-30 minutes, let cool slightly & then dig in 😊
